They helped me organize a 4 hour wine tour for a party of eight, had multiple options for clean, well-maintained vehicles to choose from, and provided a dedicated driver, committed to excellent customer service and knowledgeable about the individual wineries. In our case, Spencer was my original point of contact, my organizational guide, *and* our driver. We had a great time and Spencer took care of every detail to insure that a wonderful experience was had by all. Our group was well served from concept to delivery of service. Wedding Shuttle
We hired two vans from keuka taxi to shuttle guests from two area hotels to our daughter’s wedding/reception. It was a pleasure to work with keuka taxi and we are appreciative of all their help on the big day. We worked with Teresa in advance and she was very helpful in planning how the routes would work. She was pleasant to work with and very interested in making all go well on the big day. The schedule to and from the wedding/reception went very smoothly and the drivers Missy and Spencer did a great job. In several ways keuka taxi went beyond to help us out that day. (eg signs labeling the vans, letting the hotels know the van schedules, adding another stop requested by a guest as things wrapped up quite late) We were very pleased with keuka taxi– thank you!
